Unlike generic walkie-talkie headsets and security radio earpieces, Decibullz are custom fit to the unique shape of your ear. Just heat in boiling hot water, shape, and go. The adapters withstand extreme temperatures and are designed to work with all clear tube acoustic tubing with a diameter of 1/8 inch (other sizes may or may not work).
