Amazon purchase

I had to purchase this item because it wasn’t originally in the box, when I spoke to decibullz customer service they wouldn’t help because I’d purchased from Amazon.

Hi there,

We apologise for not being able to be directly involved in resolving this issue. As explained initially, Amazon operates independently from us and is run by their US organisation. Because the products are fulfilled through FBA—managed by Amazon or their contracted partners—and your sales contract is with Amazon, their guidelines must be followed. We are not part of this process and are saddened that a 1 star review has been submitted to a family company not connected to your issue.

There is also a separate agreement between Amazon and the fulfilment provider, which means they are the only parties able to correct this matter. As such, any issues need to be resolved through your Amazon Seller Portal.

We also mentioned that if the product had been purchased directly from us or from a UK retailer, this issue would have been highly unlikely. All units are hand-checked before dispatch. If a problem had occurred, we would have apologised immediately, arranged a replacement, and reviewed our quality control processes to prevent it happening again.

We hope that you will support local business and purchase directly in the future. That way we can manage any issues should they arise.
