There is a couple of ways to do this -

• The Easiest Way - If you signed in or joined the site

​

- Simply log in at the top right of the page

- Click your profile and look at "MY ORDERS"

- Tracking Number will be there

- You also will receive the below option anyway

• If you did not sign in or was a guest - Keep tabs on your email

​

- Once you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation your order is accepted

- This will follow up with a dispatched email once your item has been sent (usually within 24hrs)

- This it will include your tracking number.

- Please check your junk mail first as all the above can occasionally be filtered

• How do i use the tracking number?

 

We currently use Royal Mail for 99.9% of parcels. You can easily track your order using the Royal Mail website; the link is below.

 

• If you have difficulty finding your tracking number or email, please check your junk mail first.

 

If it’s still not there, feel free to reach to us using the form below, and we will manually assist you.

 

We aim to ship orders before 14:00 on the same day, but sometimes it may be next day.

Orders placed over the weekend or orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, unless it's bank holiday. We do try to get them sent ASAP but this is the general rule of thumb. All shipments are tracked shipments with photo delivery.
