For some reason I thought the pro pack would have everything in one packet but the pouch and the Lanyard come separately , no biggie except more packaging, more waste. My clients have also said wouldn't it be useful if the black central plugs came blue for left and red for right, making it easier to distinguish left from right. My clients are extremely impressed that 15 minutes after walking into the OH department they are walking out wearing them- no 2 month wait for them to be made and sent.
Good product, easy to use. But my lanyard box was empty, and when I emailed to get a replacement, I didn’t get a response.
Not easy to get the moulding process right, my right one stays in perfectly but the left one won’t. Despite that, both blocking out a good amount of noise on a loud building site.
